Bit-Phalanx veteran Jilk, finally releases his debut physical release for the label, with a wonderful, serene and cathartic "Carry On!" EP.
Together with an impressive cast of musicians and collaborators, Jilk has realised his most thoroughly produced, eclectic and yet effortlessly sounding project to date.
Drizzles of piano, drums, strings, bass, percussion and special guest vocals are seamlessly woven into Jilk's trademark delicate tapestry of glitchy, ambient electronics and folky soundscapes, to form an organic patchwork collection of intimate moods.
'Carry On' also features an exclusive collaboration with "The legendary Godmother of Japanese Electronica", Coppe', who provides vocals for the haunting and epic 'Dusty Tapes & Nuclear Raindrops'.
The physical edition of 'Carry On!' also includes the exclusive track, 'Dusty Archive'; a 24 minute suite of music comprised from 9 previously unreleased, archived or restored tracks dating from 2006-2011.
